The first in a set of three events focusing on Oysters, Alcohol Pairing, and different preparations for a meal.
As it is close to Valentines Day we will be focusing this evening on OYSTERS and WINE.
Ross and Jon will teach you how to perfectly shuck various oysters with a few different methods. We will discuss shellfish farming, the differences in oysters from all over the world, and debunk certain oyster myths. Afterward, we will have a tapas style dinner featuring a few different oyster preparations, other seafood, and of course a dessert or two.
- A least a dozen oysters (that you shucked yourself! And a few more from us too!)
- 5 wine pairings (and maybe one or two more, if you're nice!)
